Both the 2026 Northern / Central and Southern Region California Invention Conventions will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026 with awards ceremony to follow at later dates.
The Southern Region event will be held once again at El Camino College in Torrance. The Northern / Central event is returning to the California State Railroad Museum in Sacramento. We are so grateful to both of these venues for their ongoing and consistent support!
Additional planning dates including opening of registrations and deadlines for inventor submissions will be posted on our website as they become available.
The California Invention Convention is a registered 501(c)(3) with a tax-exempt EIN 84-3492216. We currently do not charge the schools for the curriculum. We rely strictly on sponsors and donations for which we are most grateful.
